Rude female employee working in the back today, gave me attitude when I showed her my DoorDash pickup because “they just got my order 3 minutes ago”. I didn’t hound her ONCE, I waited patiently for my food, which was done two minutes later. So I’m not sure why she was acting like I sat there hounding her two seconds after I placed my order when it only took them five minutes to even prepare my order. If you’re gonna be working at customer service job, you need to have people skills which this lady clearly lacked. I’m so disappointed and it honestly completely set the tone for my whole entire day.

Food is fine but this place needs to turn down the loud annoying club music. I’m here to eat some healthy food - not be at the club and feel anxious from loud music.. Ruined the experience so hopefully you’ll take this note and turn it down. I’ve been here a few times and this is consistent

I love this bowl—the small Vitality Bowl is the perfect size for me. I really like this place; the staff are always very friendly, and I rarely have to wait more than five minutes. The service is fast, and even when they’re busy, the wait has never exceeded 10 minutes. 🫶🏻

I have been a here a few times and every time I leave mildly disappointed. This is one of the few smoothie places in the area; if another business opened, I would gladly stop going to this one. The first time I went here, the smoothie was extremely watered down and tasteless. During my most recent visit, I ordered the rehydrator juice with Kale, Pineapple, Mint, Apple, Coconut Water. I neither tasted nor saw any sign of kale and asked the server if there was a mistake. They told me the amount of kale they put in the drink was very small. The drink was okay but I don’t think there was any kale in there whatsoever

For a $12 acai bowl, the acai was watery and tasteless. We enjoyed the fruit and granola toppings, but after we'd eaten through them, we couldn't enjoy the acai plain. Wouldn't come back here again.
